A full inverter room cooling unit equipped with advanced industry cooling system technology, x-MEXT is designed to be an efficient, reliable, flexible, and smart cooling solution for data centres.
This direct expansion, water-cooled unit is equipped with a built-in water-cooled condenser. The DWFC version is offered with the free-cooling coil in addition to a direct expansion coil. x-MEXT is equipped with variable-speed compressors to maximise energy efficiency. New fans based on proprietary technology with EC electric motors and an impeller in composite material (with recycled base polymer) guarantee reduced electricity consumption. It features dedicated control software to optimise the entire IT cooling system performance and provide access to operational data, system diagnostics, and trending. The x-MEXT perimeter cooling solution, with its various sizes, extensive additional options and modularity, allows the units to adapt to any data centre layout and configuration. Service-oriented design enables each component to be accessed easily for routine and maintenance.
This range is available in the following versions: The upflow version (OVER), is characterised by air intake from the front through the honeycomb grille and air delivery from the top of the unit. The downflow version (UNDER), is characterised by air intake from the top and air delivery from the bottom of the unit.
