Main Branch Controller 4-12 Indoor Units Shut-Off Valves
This main range of R32 VRF Branch Controllers (BCs) connects directly to the outdoor unit and supports connection to 4–12 indoor units.
They are designed exclusively for use with R32 VRF heating and cooling outdoor units, enabling simultaneous heating and cooling through heat recovery operation. This allows one zone to be heated while another is cooled, with recovered heat energy transferred between zones instead of being rejected outdoors.
Built-in shut-off valves on each port isolate refrigerant flow to affected indoor units when a leak is detected. An input connection allows a Sensor & Alarm Kit (PAC-SL72SA-E) to be installed with the branch controller, while an output connection provides an external alarm dry-contact signal.
Optional parts are required to join two branches (CMY-R170M-E ) and to seal unused ports which are supplied with rubber caps from the factory (PAC-KA01PS-E)
