The use of super-efficient Inverter Technology combined with monitored temperature sensors installed throughout the refrigerator makes the WX one of the most efficient fridges in the New Zealand market. The WX is able to accurately control the temperature of each drawer to ensure excellent customisation and minimal temperature fluctuations. Not only that, but the WX learns from and adapts to your lifestyle in order to optimise output for unparalleled energy efficiency.
At a convenient 685W dimension the WX627 is able to easily slot into an existing 700W cavity, but still maintains a large internal capacity of 627 litres. This is because the WX627 Refrigerator features its most advanced insulation yet. The ‘vacuum insulation panels’, or ‘VIP’ is thinner and 10x more efficient than conventional insulation. The result is a larger internal capacity for maximum food storage space while maintaining smaller external dimensions for a slim, sleek design.
The WX features a Non-Plumbed Automatic Ice Maker with separate ice drawer. As there is no separate plumbing connection required the fridge can be placed anywhere in your kitchen, not just near existing pipe work. And with its advanced cleaning filter that removes impurities, bacteria, and chlorine, ice will always be clean and fresh.
The water tank, located at the bottom of the Refrigeration Compartment, saves significantly more space in comparison to side-by-side refrigerators, which typically have ice makers integrated in the door design and compromise on available depth. The water tank is easily removed, cleaned and refilled at the kitchen sink without the hassle and additional cost of plumbing the refrigerator into the water supply. This allows bottled mineral water to be used also.
Most automatic ice makers require filters to be replaced every 3-6 months and can be a costly exercise. Water in the refrigerator tank is purified through a lead cleaning filter which removes impurities, bacteria and chlorine to ensure fresh, clean, tasty ice for up to 10 years without needing to replace the filter.
The water supply system is easy to clean; removable water tank components just need to be flushed periodically with water to maintain optimum performance. Rubber components are treated with an anti-bacterial coating.
The separate Ice Drawer ensures ice cubes remain odour free, preventing absorption of lingering food odours that may be present.

Functional and illuminated by 10 LED lights, the French Door Refrigerator Compartment provides significantly more usable space than ‘side-by-side’ designs. The French Door design means that the refrigerator compartment is at a convenient waist height for easy access to refrigerator items.

The portable egg holder is specifically designed for storing eggs. Research has shown that when eggs are stored stationary instead of in the fridge door, shelf life and freshness are increased by up to four times due to the lack of vibration.
With eight temperature sensors installed throughout the refrigerator, the separate compartments are actively monitored and adjusted to ensure food is kept in its ideal environment.
Short term food storage is now even more convenient and sophisticated. The WX features the Sliding Chilled Case, perfect for neatly storing deli meats, cheeses and dairy products. And the Supercool Chilling Case is specifically designed to prolong the freshness of meats and fish.
Keep meat and fish fresher for longer without having to freeze them. The Supercool Chilling Case is ideal for storing fresh meat for up to seven days and fresh fish for up to five days without the need to freeze.
Conveniently store deli items such as deli meats, dips and dairy products. The Sliding Chilled Case keeps items neat, organised and out of the way and allows food to be stored in a fresh and healthy environment.
Cleaning is easy with tempered glass shelves. The middle shelf can also be pushed back to make space for taller items.

The Versa Drawer gives you the ability to preserve food quality without losing moisture and taste, making storage more convenient and preparation a breeze even while food is still frozen. The Versa Drawer has three modes: Supercool Freezing, Soft Freezing, and Hot Freezing. And as an added bonus, when additional storage capacity is required the Versa Drawer can also be utilised for standard freezing.
The LED Sensor automatically controls the temperature of stored food, preventing frost and discolouration due to temperature differences within the freezer whilst preserving the freshness and taste of your food.
The LED Sensor and Twin Dampers are designed specifically to make it possible to place hot food into the freezer. The LED Sensor automatically detects hot food and adjusts the cold air flow directly onto the hot food from the separate air outlet for added convenience, time saving and to preserve the quality and freshness of the food.
Maximise taste and maintain texture. Supercool Freezing ensures food is frozen evenly, locking in moisture and minimising cell destruction. Supercool Technology ensures food is frozen evenly so only the finest ice crystals are able to form, preserving the freshness and texture of food and locking in maximum flavour.
Soft Freezing allows food to be frozen for up to three weeks in a ‘soft’ state. This means meat can be easily cut without thawing. Pasta sauces can be stored frozen but kept soft enough to scoop out portions, this is also ideal for left over dips and baby foods.
The Freezer Drawer is divided by a Sliding Tray at the top that can be pushed back to reveal the rest of the freezer drawer. The Freezer Drawer is roomy enough to fit bulky items such as ice cream tubs, loaves of bread and frozen vegetables. The top tray is ideal for storage and organisation of flat pack items such as meat packs.
Increase the cooling capacity of the refrigerator, freezer, and humidity compartments. This is ideal if a large amount of food is being stored, or doors/drawers are being opened and closed frequently. Automatically turns off after two hours.

Perfect for leafy vegetables, this function lowers the cooling airflow of the humidity drawer to reduce dryness and increase the moisture levels of your produce, keeping them fresh and crispy.
The unique Vitalight LED lighting system is designed to slow down the wilting process of produce and maintain their original vitamin and anti-oxidant levels for longer. Vegetables and fruit stored in the specially designed Humidity Drawer with integrated Vitalight LED System will last significantly longer in comparison to conventional vegetable crisper bins.
The Humidity Drawer is divided by a Sliding Tray at the top that can be pushed back to reveal the rest of the drawer. The top tray is ideal for storage and organisation of smaller, easily bruised items such as tomatoes.
