Our compact and ultra-quiet SLZ50 cassette fits neatly into your ceiling cavity leaving only the grille visible. Its low energy consumption, four way air distribution and versatile control make it ideal if you are looking to heat a moderately sized room or office space. Take control of air distribution and energy saving modes automatically by utilising the i-see sensor. This unit comes standard with a Deluxe Wireless 7-Day Programmable Controller.

3D i-See Sensor

The i-see Sensor detects the floor temperature and how many people are present in the room; automatically switching to the optimal operating mode. With eight sensors that rotate a full 360° in 3-minute intervals, the i-see Sensor detects people’s positions within the room to provide direct or indirect airflow, as preferred.

Compact Design

Our ceiling cassettes are New Zealand’s favourite. With the lightweight unit sitting in your ceiling space, only the grille is visible providing easy, discreet installation into your home or office.

Horizontal Airflow

Air Cleaning Filtration

A built in filter removes dust and contaminants keeping air purified and deodorised. The washable, long-life filter can be used for up to 2,500 hours with simple maintenance.

Deluxe Wireless 7-Day Controller

The Deluxe Wireless Weekly Controller allows you to program up to four settings for each day of the week, so you can come home to comfort without having to manually adjust the temperature. With the ability to independently control airflow direction for each of the four vanes, a backlit screen for easy viewing and 3D i-see control, the Deluxe Wireless Weekly Controller is a great way to regulate your energy usage without compromising on comfort.

Optional Wi-Fi Control Upgrade

The award-winning MAC-568IF-E Wi-Fi Interface connects discreetly to your heat pump’s control board and should only be installed by an authorised installer. The MAC-568IF-E Wi-Fi Interface is available on Mitsubishi Electric High Wall, Floor Mounted, and Ducted Heat Pumps, and can either be purchased as an optional upgrade at time of purchase, or retrofitted to an existing Mitsubishi Electric model.
