Features

4 ZoneIQ

Configure up to 4 zones with the PAC-ZC04L240C-A. Both interface options offer a common or spill zone configuration and control via linear damper motors, suitable for a wide range of home layouts. The Interfaces include an onboard 24 Vac transformer, eliminating the need for a third-party transformer.

Flexible Zone Configuration

Each additional zone can be fitted with either a wireless zone remote controller or a room sensor (sold separately, not included with the Base Kit). The system supports a mix of both, allowing you to customise control and sensing based on how each space is used.

Room-by-Room Control

Allows you to control up to 4 individual zones throughout your home, utilising 0.5°C increments, which allows each space to be set to the exact temperature you prefer. It also enables manual control of the airflow to the room, allowing for complete comfort control. Plus, with the Wi-Fi App you can adjust every zone from wherever you are.

Adaptive Temperature Control

The Zone Controller adapts to temperature changes every few minutes and automatically adjusts the airflow into each room with the use of a Mitsubishi Electric temperature sensor. The result? Every zone stays closer to your set temperature, with fewer fluctuations – so your living spaces feel consistently comfortable.

Aesthetic Controls

Designed for modern living, the main controller is a sleek black high-resolution touchscreen featuring intuitive and easy to use menus. It not only makes it easy to adjust and control your comfort, it also blends seamlessly into your home interiors.

Wi-Fi Zone Control

With the Wi-Fi Control App, there’s no need to manage your ducted system from the wall-mounted master controller. Whether you’re relaxing at home, working late or away on holiday, the intuitive app interface lets you manage your system room-by-room with confidence from wherever you are.
All zones are displayed on a single screen, making it easy to view temperatures and adjust settings across your entire home.

Weekly Schedule

Enjoy more energy savings by programming your Zone Controller to work only when you need it with the weekly schedule function. The schedule is easily disabled for further savings when you are on away on business or holiday.

Smart Notifications

Your smart zone controller keeps you informed with handy alerts, reminding you when it’s time to clean or replace the air filter, change the batteries in wireless sensors, or schedule a service. These notifications help ensure your system runs efficiently and keeps your home comfortable year-round.

Dry Mode Interlock

Mode Interlock provides active humidity control to improve indoor comfort, particularly during mild, humid conditions. When the system is set to “Dry” mode, it monitors humidity levels in each zone. It automatically controls dehumidification to reduce excess moisture, helping spaces feel more comfortable without unnecessary cooling.
Humidity levels are supplied by the Wireless Temperature Sensor (PAR-ZR01S-A) or Wireless Zone Remote Controller (PAR-ZR01AW/B-A), which detect both temperature and humidity within the conditioned space. Users can set a target humidity between 40% and 70% in 5% increments, allowing the system to start and stop dehumidification as needed to maintain the selected level. This provides consistent humidity control across the home while supporting stable, everyday comfort.

Retrofit friendly

The Zone Controller can handle a range of different third-party zone dampers on a single system, meaning your existing equipment (if working and in good condition) may not need to be replaced when retrofitting or expanding.*

*Subject to compatibility of your existing zone dampers.

Upgrade Existing Systems

Designed for easy upgrades, the zone controller is compatible with selected older Mitsubishi Electric ducted systems. Contact your local Mitsubishi Electric installer for compatibility details.
